Your order will be delivered by courier to the address you specified in the request.

We would like to inform you that we process all requests received by 15:00 on working days on the same day, and requests sent later - on the next working day.

When your order is accepted by us, we will inform you by message to your e-mail, and for the first order - we will contact you by phone.

If you have ordered customized products or products from the "Handmade" section, we will definitely contact you by phone to clarify all the details related to your order.

The standard delivery time to any point in Bulgaria is up to 5 working days. The term starts from the moment of confirmation of your order.

Certain items in Beboutique have a delivery time other than the standard one, and it is explicitly stated on the product data page.

The delivery price for orders up to BGN 150.00 is BGN 4.50 for Sofia and BGN 5.50 for the rest of the country and does not depend on the number of ordered goods, their size or weight.

If your order is over BGN 150.00, delivery is free.

Beboutique store uses the services of Econt T Post ("Tip top courier" AD) and Speedy ("Speedy" AD).

All payments are made at the time of delivery.

Your right to withdraw in 14 days, when purchasing items from Beboutique.

In the European Union, for contracts concluded as of 13 June 2014, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days.

This "cooling off" period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. However, if this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.

Please note that you may not use the goods that you have received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. The right to withdraw exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a shop, not to give you 14 days free use.

You can choose to withdraw from your order for any reason within this timeframe – you got the same or similar product as a gift, the product does not meet your expectations, or even if you simply changed your mind.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you should unequivocally inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You can do this, for example, by adding a written statement to the goods that you are returning or by sending us an e-mail. It is not enough to just send the goods back. For your convenience, we provide you with a model withdrawal form (prepared in compliance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act), which you can use to inform us of your withdrawal.

We are going to give you a refund within 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notification but can delay refunding you if we have not received the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back. This refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, please note that you will have to pay the costs of returning the goods.

Please, note that the 14-day "cooling off" period does not apply, among others, to:

• goods made to order or clearly personalized (products in our Handmade Category and in Personalised Items Category);

• food, drinks, cosmetics, and items directly or indirectly related to personal hygiene and health, which you have unsealed upon receipt.
